I had an unexpectedly emotional visit to Fernwood Cemetery this past Sunday (March 16) after the passing of my mother, and I cannot say enough about the kindness I experienced from Victor (I believe this was his name), one of the valet attendants with Marin Valet. I arrived under less-than-ideal circumstances — it was a busy day with services happening, and I was dressed casually in hiking clothes, feeling a bit out of place and overwhelmed. Victor immediately met me with respect, compassion, and genuine kindness. Without hesitation, he went out of his way to help me navigate the situation and made what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable and supported. It's rare to encounter someone who leads with such empathy, especially in a role where it's not necessarily expected. Victor's professionalism and humanity truly stood out, and I'm incredibly grateful for his help during a difficult moment. Marin Valet is lucky to have him. Thank you, Victor.

Saman and his team are the absolute best ! we had a 2 day wedding and our venues were not parking friendly , they were both on a hill . marin valet did such a fabulous job , they were so efficient there was no back up at all. I am so happy with them , they also were well aware of how to take care of the traffic during the baraat ( the grooms people walking up with the music) . thank you Saman and his wonderful team !

Freddy is a miracle worker! We moved into an apartment and our assigned parking space seemed absolutely impossible to navigate into. Great experience with Marin Valet – we had a 100-person party, and live in an area with windy roads where parking is tight. Marin Valet was an absolute pleasure to work with!! My company planned an intimate event for about 40 guests at a private residence in Mill Valley. Freddy and his team were on top of things from our initial conversation until we wrapped up our event. He helped us figure out everything from parking permits to where cars would be parked throughout the event. With limited parking being available in the area that was critical for us. He also ensured us that our guests would receive their cars post event within 10 mins tops and again he stuck to his word! I'd highly recommend using Marin Valet for your next event.

I used this valet services on Sunday 19/13/2019. It was for a memorial service at my house. I was so impressed by their service and prompt response to my inquiries which happened only few days before the event. The personally arrived on time, they were courteous and professional and everything went smoothly. I live on a steep and small cul de sac and parking is challenging for large number of guests. I am not much into writing comments but when I see a business providing such great service, I was compelled to write something. I highly recommend Marin Valet and for sure they will be my go to valet service from now on.

We hired Marin Valet when we had a friends and family gathering a few months ago and they were very professional and organized. Parking was very limited, but they were able to accommodate for that. Whenever someone arrived they were very professional when they greeted them and they always had a smile on their face. I also noticed that they were very organized. Each employee was doing a certain task to make sure that the guests were taken care of. One of my friends had to go grab something from the car and they were nice enough to use their company cart to shuttle him to the car and back.

I first used the services provided by Marin Valet at Pier 15 in San Rafael when I take my 92 year old Mother there. Freddie, who seems to be there when we are, is always friendly. attentive, helpful and above all professional. It was only on the the last visit, he told me that Marin Valet offers a range of services including residential parking services. As someone who likes to entertain at my home in San Francisco, where the parking is terrible, and have used parking services in the past, I'm certainly contacting Freddie to try out his residential parking services–the Holidays are approaching and I want my guests to enjoy the entire evening starting with no hassle parking. A few weeks ago I was invited to my friends house warming party in kentfield. I really appreciated their service because the parking was very limited, yet they managed to accommodate all of the cars with no hassle. The way that they interacted with the guests was also very impressive.

I've seen these folks parking cars at a few restaurants, and they are all phenomenal when they park my car. Very nice people. I have gotten into a few good car conversations with one of them. Efficient service, professional and caring people.
